Shaylah Saylor Benefit a big success

The Tourist Inn Benefit Committee held its annual benefit on Saturday December 5th, 2009. This years benefit was held for Shaylah Saylor. Despite the weather the benefit was a success. Shaylah arrived in style being escorted by the Hellam Police, the Hellam Fire Department, and the U.S. Military Veterans M.C. (a special thanks to these guys, brrr). There was plenty of food and many items for the auction. Former benefit recipiants Shawn Brame, and Rylee Dorrer donated pictures they had drawn for the auction, which were a big hit, thanks guys. Shaylah even sang the song "Jesus take the wheel" and received a standing ovation. The T.I. Benefit Committee would like to thank all the people who donated items for the auction, it is greatly appreciated. We would like to also thank the Hellam Police and Fire Departments, and especially the U.S. Military Veterans M.C. for Shaylah's spectacular arrival to the Tourist Inn. We would also like to thank all who attended and purchased items in the auction and look forward to seeing you next year.
